Café Rozmar is a restaurant run by the Rozmarýna benevolent association. We are the first social firm in the Czech Republic which employs young people leaving orphanages. 

 

These young people acquire their first work experience as trainee chefs, waiters and waitresses under the supervision of professionals from the world of gastronomy.

 

At Café Rozmar we try and support young people in the transition to an independent adult life. As trainees they acquire work and social skills, a regular wage and the necessary self-confidence.
